With our latest update, you'll no longer need to print a Receipt of Goods & Services, ask your client to sign it with pen and paper, then manually scan the signed version for your records.

Our Electronic Receipt of Goods & Services allows your team to easily access the document from their computers, phones, or tablets — then seamlessly accept digital client signatures.

  • Protect Your Business: The easier it is for clients to sign your paperwork, the easier it will be for your business to avoid disputes, which cost both time and money.
  • Track Actions On-Site: Once a client signs the Receipt of Goods & Services, you'll immediately receive a confirmation email, and the project will update in Goodshuffle Pro.
  • Hold Your Crew Accountable: As long as your crew has a digital device, they'll always have everything they need to capture a signature. No more excuses if they don't.

More Flexibility with Processing Fees

You can choose which payment methods pass on processing fees to your client and which processing fees you absorb.

  • You can now customize passing on or absorbing Credit Card fees, ACH fees, or both!
  • Add a new Payment Policy Label to help you keep track of your different payment policies.
