Introducing the Payments Forecast Report

Sierra avatar
Shared by Sierra • December 01, 2023

Hi there,

We're excited to announce a powerful new tool in Goodshuffle Pro to take your financial planning to the next level: the Payments Forecast Report.

The Payments Forecast, located in the Finances Overview tab, leverages your business's historical payment data and project/payment policies to create a projection of future payments. This feature is particularly beneficial if you're looking to anticipate your cash inflow and outflow accurately.

Key Features of the Payments Forecast:

  • Customizable Filters: The Payments Forecast Report can further enhance your analysis by filtering data. The ability to filter by Sales Lead and Sales Location adds granularity to your projections, catering to your specific business needs and strategies.
  • Detailed Breakdown: The report's tooltips provide a breakdown of four key amounts: Prior Period, Paid, Authorized, and Upcoming. This breakdown clarifies the different stages of payments in signed contracts and provides a better understanding of your financial flow.
