If you're scanning items during fulfillment on mobile, you've probably had to scroll back down to find the Scan Barcode button. Not anymore.

The button is now sticky — it stays fixed at the bottom of your screen as you scroll, so you can scan faster and keep your fulfillment moving without interruption.

To use it: Open fulfillment on mobile and start scanning. The button will always be right where you left it.

We've been cleaning up a few issues that were getting in the way—plus made some behind-the-scenes improvements to keep things running faster. Here's what's better now:

Inventory & pullsheets

• Duplicate mileage rates can no longer be added for the same location in Inventory Logistics
• Item and service descriptions now display with correct formatting in Client View
• Inventory item attributes and internal notes now appear correctly on digital pullsheets and in Mobile Fulfillment (not just printed versions)

Performance improvements

• Resolved a backend issue that was causing slow load times for some users when accessing tax data
• Improved Google Calendar sync handling to reduce memory load for accounts with high data volume—things should feel snappier if you've experienced lag

Finding the right item just got easier. You can now choose between two search modes in your inventory search bar:

• Query search (default): The most flexible way to search — use AND/OR logic to scan across multiple fields at once, great for broad or complex searches
• Exact match: Cuts through the noise and finds items by precise name — perfect for when you know exactly what you're looking for

We've tackled some behind-the-scenes issues that were creating friction in your daily tasks. These fixes should help everything work more reliably.

Inventory & items

• Items now upload and edit correctly—no more accidentally linking services to categories
• PDF files can now be attached to items
• Deleted items with set asides won't mysteriously reappear in your inventory
• Set aside quantities are easier to spot when adding items to contracts
• HEIC files uploaded through Windows browsers now process correctly
• Associated services can be created again when batch adding inventory
• Inventory lists won't unexpectedly refresh or trigger false "unsaved changes" warnings

Pricing & discounts

• Additional discounts on projects only accept valid amounts (no more odd entries)
• Bulk pricing edits for package wrappers work as expected
• Project inventory prices update correctly with decimal values

Contracts & projects

• Removing line item groups no longer refreshes the entire contract screen
• Deleted line item groups now disappear immediately for everyone viewing the project workbench
• Unsigned removals load successfully even without logistics dates on the contract
• Payments can only be captured when a payment policy exists

Dispatch

• Route detail panels close and refresh correctly after unscheduling stops
• Delivery logistics now include all waypoints when added to unsigned contracts as part of a package

Other improvements

• Service pools can no longer be created (since they weren't meant to be an option)

What's new:

• Saved Views – Save your favorite filter and column combinations, then switch between them instantly. Set one up for upcoming projects, another for a specific venue, another for your team's workload — whatever fits how you run your business.
• Advanced filters – Filter by date, status, client, venue, business name, billing status, fulfillment status, logistics, and more. Multi-select lets you view projects across several team members at once instead of toggling one at a time.
• Easier navigation – Jump to any page directly, sort by any column, and use sticky headers that stay visible as you scroll. Your filters stick around when you refresh, too.

Your Project List works the way you're used to — just with a lot more control over how you see your work.
