We've shipped a batch of improvements based on what you've told us. Here's what's better:

Route Planner

• The calendar now displays in proper alignment.
• Route Planner and My Routes now filter correctly by your store location.
• Cleared out leftover home and waypoint icons that used to linger on the map until you refreshed.

Projects

• Your business address now shows the full city, state, and ZIP on the client view, instead of just a comma.
• Internal Notes on logistics now pull through to the order as expected.
• Bulk download options on the Project List no longer get cut off in smaller browser windows.
• Drop-Off address changes now save when you set them to differ from the venue or Pickup address.
• Duplicating a line item group now creates waypoints for the copied delivery logistics.
• The Day Of Contact section now refreshes right after you add a contact.

Mobile Fulfillment

• Signed and unsigned counts now report separately when there are unsigned changes.
• Special characters in fulfillment page descriptions and notes now display properly on mobile.

Messages

• The Messages Details Panel now loads project details correctly, rather than appearing blank.
• Apostrophes in your Company Name now display correctly in email previews.

Account Settings

• Color sampling works again when you upload a new company profile image.

The setups you build again and again - packages, line item groups, single items - can now be copied and pasted right inside a contract, with pricing, dates, notes, and tax rates all intact. No more rebuilding the same thing from scratch.

We've rolled out a handful of behind-the-scenes improvements to clear up some recent snags. Here's what's better:

• Address Line 2 in your Company Location settings now saves correctly.
• If you sign up with Google or another login service, your default email signature now fills in automatically.
• Auto Route now maps all of your planned stops as expected, not just one.
• When you add a new stop to a scheduled route that already has crew assigned, that crew is now added to the new stop and its project too.
• You can now quickly click the +/- buttons when editing a quantity without encountering an error.
• Swapping out pool members now works smoothly every time.

Language support just got a meaningful upgrade:

• Bulk Add Inventory is now fully translated
• Line item groups are fully translated end-to-end
• Mobile language selection no longer gets cut off on smaller screens
• Bulk document exports now export in your selected language

Updating quantities on a contract just got a lot faster. Click any quantity field to edit it inline — no edit panel needed. Or select multiple line items and update quantities in bulk, right from the Bulk Edit modal. Both are live now!

We've made some system improvements to smooth out a few recent friction points. Here's what's better:

• Editing an item on a project no longer triggers unexpected tax recalculations when tax rates or tax types are added or removed.
• Bulk Download for "Contracts - Signed" now reliably delivers the export email.
• Adding a logistic with a missing tax rate to a project now works as expected.

You can now filter contacts in your Directory by phone number using the standard (XXX) XXX-XXXX format — search the way you'd naturally type a number, and find who you're looking for faster. Learn more about managing your directory here:

We've made a few updates to the Project List based on your feedback — small changes that add up to a faster, smoother experience when you're hunting down the right project.

Business filter: Query or Exact Search

When filtering by Business, you can now choose between two search types:

• Query search finds partial matches and casts a wider net
• Exact search matches the business name precisely

This is especially handy when you've got businesses with similar names and need to pull the right one without scrolling through a list of look-alikes.

Open-ended date filtering

The Modern Project List now supports open-ended date ranges. Set a "From Date" without having to set an end date — perfect for when you want to see everything from a certain point forward.

Filters that stick

Set your filters, click into a project, hit back — and everything's exactly where you left it. No more rebuilding the same filter view five times a day.

Emails sent through Goodshuffle Pro now show "via Goodshuffle" next to your sender name - a small change that helps your quotes and contracts land in inboxes, not spam folders. Read more below:

Instant Bank Payments are now live for US Goodshuffle Pro accounts — a bank-transfer option where funds are guaranteed the moment your client enters their info. No holds, no failures, no last-minute surprises.

Unlike standard ACH transfers, you don't have to worry about a payment failing days after your event. Instant Bank Payments are protected the same way as a credit card payment — so no more turning off bank payments before events, and no more chasing failed charges.

How it works: When a project falls inside your ACH cutoff window, clients see Instant Bank Payment as a checkout option alongside the others. Funds settle within two business days, and because payments are guaranteed at checkout, you can stop worrying about the 3–5 day clearing cycle as the event approaches.

The details:

• Available for charges under $5,000
• Works on projects inside your ACH cutoff window
• Not available on projects with a net payment policy
• 2.5% processing fee — absorb it or pass it to the client, your call

Getting set up: Head to Settings → Billing Settings, set your ACH cutoff window, and toggle Instant Bank Payments on. You can override the default on individual projects from the project's Billing tab.
