Updating quantities on a contract just got a lot faster. Click any quantity field to edit it inline — no edit panel needed. Or select multiple line items and update quantities in bulk, right from the Bulk Edit modal. Both are live now!

You can now filter contacts in your Directory by phone number using the standard (XXX) XXX-XXXX format — search the way you'd naturally type a number, and find who you're looking for faster. Learn more about managing your directory here:

We've made a few updates to the Project List based on your feedback — small changes that add up to a faster, smoother experience when you're hunting down the right project.
Business filter: Query or Exact Search
When filtering by Business, you can now choose between two search types:
This is especially handy when you've got businesses with similar names and need to pull the right one without scrolling through a list of look-alikes.
Open-ended date filtering
The Modern Project List now supports open-ended date ranges. Set a "From Date" without having to set an end date — perfect for when you want to see everything from a certain point forward.
Filters that stick
Set your filters, click into a project, hit back — and everything's exactly where you left it. No more rebuilding the same filter view five times a day.

Emails sent through Goodshuffle Pro now show "via Goodshuffle" next to your sender name - a small change that helps your quotes and contracts land in inboxes, not spam folders. Read more below:

Instant Bank Payments are now live for US Goodshuffle Pro accounts — a bank-transfer option where funds are guaranteed the moment your client enters their info. No holds, no failures, no last-minute surprises.
Unlike standard ACH transfers, you don't have to worry about a payment failing days after your event. Instant Bank Payments are protected the same way as a credit card payment — so no more turning off bank payments before events, and no more chasing failed charges.
How it works: When a project falls inside your ACH cutoff window, clients see Instant Bank Payment as a checkout option alongside the others. Funds settle within two business days, and because payments are guaranteed at checkout, you can stop worrying about the 3–5 day clearing cycle as the event approaches.

Getting set up: Head to Settings → Billing Settings, set your ACH cutoff window, and toggle Instant Bank Payments on. You can override the default on individual projects from the project's Billing tab.
